Commit, Don’t Quit!

 

There is a difference between wanting something and committing to something.

Wanting is passive. You don’t need to do anything to want something.

Commitment requires action. You need to take action, and keep taking action until you reach the results you are looking for – no matter how long it takes.

Don’t stop!

Go all in!

Commit 110%.

Give it your all.

Don’t sabotage your results just because you’re not seeing the results you want when you want them.

Give it time.

Amazing results are just around the corner.

Would you quit if it was 100% guaranteed that you would reach your goals? No! Of course not- that would be stupid!

If you want the results, act as if you already know, without a shadow of a doubt, that the changes you’re implementing will work for you. Do not give up and quit just because things aren’t happening as quickly as you would like. You know that eventually you will reach your goals because it’s 100% guaranteed.

Don’t doubt! Believe in yourself and your capabilities. You’ve got this! Stick with it. Be patient with yourself and the process.

You are capable of gaining peace with food, balancing your hormones, looking and feeling amazing, and becoming your strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself – a joyful you.
