Fully Loaded Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
2 tablespoons raw sunflower kernels
2 tablespoons raw pepitas
Water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or let soak for 20 minutes.
When ready to eat, top with the following:
1 tablespoon nut butter
1/4 of an apple, diced
1/2 of a banana, diced
