    Food Journaling

    Yesterday’s topic was on staying conscious and allowing your higher brain to dictate by planning in advance what you’re going to eat, instead of just eating what sounds good in the moment. Another way to stay conscious is to keep a food journal. I want you to pay attention to, and write down, every little thing that goes into your mouth. This includes anything you eat and anything you drink, and any bites, licks, and/or tastes you may have. This journal doesn’t need to be anything fancy. I keep mine in a cheap Steno pad.
