Kalua Pork
Ingredients:
4 lbs. pork roast
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bunch spinach, washed
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours until meat is tender. Shred and serve over rice, cauli-rice or on top of a salad. You can also use this as the meat in Hawaiian haystacks.
NOTES:
To make this in a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
You can also use chicken in place of the pork
