The Nuts and Bolts of Weight Loss
It’s been almost 6 years since I started my weight loss journey.
For three of those years, I’ve been helping and coaching women through theirs.
A lot of women think weight loss is hard.
They overcomplicate it.
What I’ve discovered is that losing weight and obtaining health is actually pretty simply.
It boils down to 5 basic things:
- Make a realistic plan of what you’re going to eat ahead of time.
- Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re satisfied.
- Drink lots of water.
- Get 7-9 hours of sleep
- Manage your mind!
That’s it!
You don’t have to count calories or points, weigh your food, starve yourself, eat 8 small meals a day, or kill yourself working out.
You also don’t need fancy shakes, pills, or a RD to tell you what to eat.
All you need to do is follow these 5 basics and you’re on your way to a thinner healthier you.
