2024 is the 10 year anniversary of when I finally figured out the weight loss thing and lost over 50 pounds.
It took me almost 7 years to finally figure this weight loss thing out!
If I could travel back in time and talk to my overweight self who was trying desperately to lose weight, I’d tell her all the things I know now that I wish I had know then that would have made losing weight so much easier.
