It's focused on the real problem.

Most of the time, when we're trying to change things in our lives, we are focused on the symptoms of the problem instead of figuring out what is creating the problem. Maybe you'll get some temporary relief, but the real problem is not the pain, but what is creating the pain - the root cause. In coaching, we reveal the real source of our pain, the real reason we act the way we act, and the real solution to feeling better.

It's personal.

I coach my clients in personal, private coaching sessions so we can find out what is going on for YOU and work on the things that are important to YOU. The client-coach relationship is sacred and it's so important to have a safe, judgment-free space where you can share your thoughts and feelings with someone knows you and loves you.

It’s customized for what you need.

You can choose how often you get coached and you'll pick a day and time that works best for you. Each time we meet, we will work together on YOUR goal. We'll review how things went, I'll answer any questions you might have, and we'll make a plan for the upcoming week(s) so you will leave clear, focused, and motivated.

It works, and it never stops working.

In coaching you will learn incredible tools to help you take care of your physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
