What to do when you want something but you don’t
On this episode I’m discussing the oxymoron of wanting something but not.
For example:
I want a clean house, but I don’t always want to clean it.
I want to lose weight, but I don’t want to change my overeating habits.
I want dinner every night, but I don’t always want to cook it or go get it.
It’s like I want it but I don’t.
I think this happens for everyone, and it can get so confusing.
