How I lost 50 pounds
Once upon a time, I thought I knew everything there was to know about being healthy and losing weight. I had tried every plan, pill, and program out there but I was still carrying an extra 50 pounds on my body. I finally decided I had had enough! So, I stop dieting and forcing myself to run 5 miles every day (something I hated), and I started listening to my body. Your Life-Your choice
If you do what is easy .. complain about your husband, your kids, your life. If you do what is easy.. stuff your face with cookies followed by a 32 oz diet coke. If you do what is easy .. lounge around all day in your sweats binge watching Netflix. If you do what’s easy .. yell at your kids, or the mom who cut you off in the carpool line. If you do what’s easy .. complain about not never having enough, being enough, or doing enough. If you do what is easy, your life will always be hard.
