    I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of my favorite recipes. I’ll show you how I make them “WORK” for me and my family. I am by no means a professional food blogger so don’t judge. 😆 Here is the first recipe – Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps. It’s quick and easy and also a family favorite. KOREAN BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS -2 ways! 1 lb. ground beef 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional see directions)* 1 bunch of Romaine lettuce 1/4 small…

    Spicy Chicken

    Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts 1 tablespoon sea salt 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup water Directions: Place chicken in crockpot or electric pressure cooker. In a separate bowl, mix spices together. Sprinkle over chicken. Add water . Cook in crockpot on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is completely cooked and tender OR pressure cook on HIGH 35 minutes. NOTES: This recipe also works well with pork.

    Fully Loaded Overnight Oats

    Ingredients: 1/4 cup frozen cherries 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup whole rolled oats 2 tablespoons raw sunflower kernels 2 tablespoons raw pepitas Water Directions: Place all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or let soak for 20 minutes. When ready to eat, top with the following: 1 tablespoon nut butter 1/4 of an apple, diced 1/2 of a banana, diced Nuts
