Do you ever get confused about what you should or shouldn’t be eating?

There are 100’s, maybe even 1,000’s of nutritional approaches out there and all of them seem to work.

So which one do you go with? Which one is THE best? Is it paleo, keto, raw-foods, low-carb/high-fat, high-carb/low-fat, NFNS? Isn’t it all so confusing?

I’ve spent years trying to figure this out, and I finally found the answer.

It’s called INTENTIONAL NUTRITION.

What is Intentional Nutrition (I.N.)?

I.N. is choosing foods that allow you to feel YOUR best without fear or obsession.

The awesome things about practicing I.N. is that there are no set rules or guidelines, no programs to follow, no weird foods, and no calories or points to count and keep track of. What you eat is strictly between you and your body.

To practice I.N. all you need to do is pay attention to how your body is feeling before, during, and after you eat, and then assess. Take what works, and leave what doesn’t.
