Taking Action – Episode 12
The results we get in our lives will depend on what actions we take.
Our feelings, which are caused from our thoughts, cause our actions and sometimes our inactions, and these actions cause our results.
This is important to know because when we try to change only our actions, the result doesn’t last.
We might change our results for a little bit, but it’s not sustainable, and we always end up sabotaging ourselves until we end up right back where we were.
When we just try to change our actions without changing the beliefs and feelings that direct those actions, we are just treating the symptom and not the cause.
